The Friends of Search Awards give participants the unique opportunity to demonstrate their digital talent and skills to peers. The winners can count themselves among the best of the best of the international search industry and get to present their case at Friends of Search on March 12th, 2026.

How to enter the Friends of Search Awards

Categories

The winners will be selected in two categories:

  • Best SEO
  • Best SEA (Pay-Per-Click).

Entries will be judged by an independent panel of international search experts and speakers. Check out all jury members here.

    • When will registration for the Friends of Search Awards 2026 open?

      Registration for the Friends of Search Awards 2026 will open on November 3rd, 2025. Registration closes on January 22nd, 2026.

    • Who can enter?

      Entries are open to anyone in the search industry who is producing outstanding work in search. However, agencies, search engines, and technology providers are not eligible to enter, as ownership of an entry must reside with the brand or advertiser. Agencies are welcome to assist the brands they work with in preparing their submissions, but it is always the brand or advertiser who will take the stage.

    • Why enter?

      There are a lot of reasons to enter. Below we’ll list a few:

      • To demonstrate your digital talent and skills to your company and peers by presenting your case at Friends of Search 2026.
      • To have your work judged by international search experts and Friends of Search speakers on our judging panel.
      • To raise your profile as an award winning company in the search industry and gain fantastic PR/Recruitment opportunities.

    • What are the Friends of Search Awards?

      Each year, the search community turns its attention to the annual Friends of Search Awards. Interest and anticipation eventually build to the fevered case presentations of the winners at Friends of Search, where at least 600 search fanatics are present to watch the ceremony and learn who will receive the highest honours in search marketing.
