Outlook.com, Live and Hotmail Agenda (online)

To add this event to your Outlook calendar, please log in to Hotmail/Outlook first.
Once you are logged in, you can begin the following process.

Download calendar item

• Go to Outlook Calendar
• Click ‘Add calendar’ in the left column
• Choose ‘Upload from file’
• Select the downloaded file and your calendar and confirm with ‘Import’

Google Calendar

To add this event to your Google calendar, please log in to Google first.
Once you are logged in, you can begin the following process.

• Click on the button ‘Download calendar item’
• Go to Google Calendar
• Click this icon settings to open the settings
• Go to ‘Import and export’ and choose import
• Select the downloaded file and the calendar you want to add the event to
• Click on Import and your done!

Apple iCal

• • Click on ‘Download calendar item’
  • Open Apple Calendar
  • Open the Archive menu to import the item
  • Select the downloaded file and choose ‘Import’
  • Selecteer the calendar you want to add the event to

Microsoft Outlook

• Click on the button ‘Download calendar item’
• Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
• Click Add calendar or Other calendar from the left-hand sidebar
• Select ‘Upload from file’, browse for your downloaded iCalendar (.ics) file.
• Choose which calendar to add the events to and click ‘Import’.

Microsoft Outlook Classic

• Open Microsoft Outlook Classic
• Choose ‘File’, then ‘Open’, then ‘Import and export’ and finally ‘Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs)’
• Select the downloaded file and confirm with OK
