Nataliya has 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the tech industry in various marketing, partnerships, strategy and product development roles. She has spent the past 8 years at Google where in her latest role she has been a client lead for some of the largest branding and retail clients with headquarters in the Netherlands. Nataliya helps clients achieve their business and marketing goals by leveraging Google ad tech in effective and innovative ways, ranging from advanced performance marketing strategies to omnichannel solutions to building sustainable brands to using machine learning and AI to optimize business processes and profitability. Nataliya started her Google career in London where she was EMEA marketing lead for publisher solutions. Prior to joining Google Nataliya worked for Liberty Global, one of the world’s leading telecoms operators in various strategy and product development roles, and Intel, the largest semiconductor chip manufacturer globally, responsible for marketing strategy & finance.
In addition to the tech career, Nataliya is a Chief Strategy Officer at Impact Force, a Ukrainian NGO focusing on social behavior change, lasting social impact and creating economic opportunities. Nataliya’s focus within Impact Force is on advancing social businesses and impact businesses as a key driver of equitable post-war recovery for Ukraine’s economy and on destigmatizing mental health challenges and improving access to effective mental health care in Ukraine.
Nataliya holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, with Director’s List distinction.
