Clemmentijn joined Microsoft in March of 2021 and she is the Country Manager for Microsoft Advertising in The Netherlands and Retail Lead for Continental Europe. Prior to joining Microsoft she has spent 10 years in Silicon Valley where she launched new advertising products and initiatives in tech while working for Google. Here she was awarded with the prestigious luminary award for breaking down the organizational barriers between engineering and operations during this time. Clemmentijn has been focused on advertising products throughout her career and has a passion to grow big and small businesses through technology.
Arjen Hoek has been working in online since 2008. While studying he developed an interest for building and optimizing websites. This interest resulted in a job as a search consultant at iProspect, following roles at de Persgroep and Nextail, always with a passion to reach the maximum result from SEA, SEO and other traffic sources. Since 2017 Arjen has been working as a Senior Client Solutions Manager at Microsoft and is an active member of the Taskforce Search of VIA Nederland (IAB). He has contributed to various events and publications and – since November 2020 – has been the chairman of the Taskforce Search.
